Prof. Fred Lemke, PhD, MBA, BCom (Hons)

Co-Founder | Executive, Business & Life Coach | Strategy & Sustainability Consultant

Fred supports individuals and organisations to make confident decisions, strengthen leadership presence, and turn insight into consistent execution. Fred is an ICF Member and an iPEC coach-in-training (Module 1 completed), working towards ACC. He offers a confidential, respectful space informed by ICF ethical principles. His style is calm, structured, and practical — paired with thoughtful challenge and accountability. Sessions help clients clarify priorities, test assumptions, strengthen presence, and translate intentions into actions they can sustain.
Fred is Professor of Marketing and Sustainability (since 2002) and has worked in consulting and executive education since 2004. His expertise spans strategy, innovation, supply chains, marketing, and sustainability, with a strong focus on customer-centric value creation and the quality of relationships that enable long-term performance. His doctoral research explored relationship quality in business contexts and how trust, collaboration, and perceived value shape organisational outcomes. He has worked with leaders from SMEs to large organisations, including global firms, and has delivered consulting and executive education across Europe, the United States, and New Zealand. Selected engagements include work with organisations such as Bostik, DSM, Hager Group, FrieslandCampina, Barco, Sioen, Televic, SCK CEN, Schneider Form, Inve, Shell (Germany), AGC Glass Europe, Nespresso, ABinBev, Sony Deutschland GmbH, and UPS Europe (where confidentiality permits). Fred is also an experienced executive educator and facilitator, and a keynote and invited speaker at international conferences. He has a substantial body of research publications across these domains.
When Fred is coaching, he stays firmly in a coaching role. He does not provide consulting-style solutions or directives. Coaching is a partnership focused on clarity, ownership, and sustainable action - an area, where Fred truly excels.

Kerstin Lemke, M.Ed., B.Ed.(Hons).

Co-Founder | Education Leadership Coach | Leadership and Wellbeing Consultant

Kerstin Lemke is an educational leader and leadership researcher who brings together leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, and system improvement. With over two decades of international experience across Germany, Scotland, the United States, and New Zealand, she helps leaders connect evidence with day-to-day practice — especially when work is complex, people-centred, and under pressure.

As Principal of IGS Melle (Germany), Kerstin led the organisation through the COVID-19 pandemic, strengthened and empowered the leadership team, restructured operations, and drove curriculum renewal, digitalisation, and staff capability building. During her tenure, student and staff numbers grew by around 50%. Her leadership is grounded in practical experience and informed by ongoing doctoral research, with a strong focus on building trust, culture, and inclusive ways of working.

Kerstin is known for a calm, clear, and human approach: she supports leaders to navigate competing priorities, communicate with confidence, and build collaboration within and across teams. Her work is particularly relevant in education settings, and also translates well to other organisations where culture, wellbeing, and sustainable performance matter.
