Kerstin's Story
As Principal of IGS Melle (Germany), Kerstin led the organisation through the COVID-19 pandemic, strengthened and empowered the leadership team, restructured operations, and drove curriculum renewal, digitalisation, and staff capability building. During her tenure, student and staff numbers grew by around 50%. Her leadership is grounded in practical experience and informed by ongoing doctoral research, with a strong focus on building trust, culture, and inclusive ways of working. Kerstin is known for a calm, clear, and human approach: she supports leaders to navigate competing priorities, communicate with confidence, and build collaboration within and across teams. Her work is particularly relevant in education settings, and also translates well to other organisations where culture, wellbeing, and sustainable performance matter.​

Practicalities: Kerstin is based in Hamilton and works online and in person (where feasible). He coaches in English and can also coach in German.
