We combine evidence-informed coaching with real-world experience to help individuals, teams and organisations grow with awareness and direction. Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, we work locally and globally, including online.

Fred supports individuals and organisations to make confident decisions, strengthen leadership presence, and turn insight into consistent execution. Fred is an ICF Member and an iPEC coach-in-training, working towards ACC. He offers a confidential, respectful space informed by ICF ethical principles. His style is calm, structured, and practical — paired with thoughtful challenge and accountability. Sessions help clients clarify priorities, test assumptions, strengthen presence, and translate intentions into actions they can sustain.

With over two decades of international experience across Germany, Scotland, the United States, and New Zealand, she helps leaders connect evidence with day-to-day practice — especially when work is complex, people-centred, and under pressure.
