Lemke & Lemke is a coaching and consulting practice led by Kerstin and Fred Lemke. We combine evidence-informed coaching with real-world experience to help individuals, teams and organisations grow with awareness and direction. Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, we work locally and globally, including online.

Fred supports senior professionals, leaders, and organisations to make clearer decisions, strengthen leadership presence, and turn insight into consistent action.
He is a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and uses the ELI assessment to help individuals and groups understand how their mindset, energy, and response patterns shape leadership behaviour and performance. Fred is also an ICF Member and is working towards ACC.
His coaching style is calm, structured, practical, and respectfully challenging. He creates a confidential space where clients can clarify priorities, test assumptions, strengthen presence, and take action they can sustain.
